Alumni Reunion Weekend
August 28–30, 2026
YMCA Camp Takodah | Richmond, NH
Since the centennial in 2016, we have hosted an alumni reunion weekend every 5 years. Each reunion has been a weekend to remember, filled with camp friends, laughter, and walking down memory lane. Join us at Takodah to Rekindle, Reunite, and Renew your connection to the place that helped shape us all!
The YMCA Camp Takodah Alumni Reunion Weekend is for Takodah Alumni and their partners ( ages 18+).
We’re thrilled to be able to offer tiered pricing for the Alumni Reunion Weekend. In case you missed it, in 2025 we switched to a tiered pricing model for summer camp, which you can read more about here. This pricing model allows individuals to choose the price that best works in their budget. The true cost of the weekend is reflected by Tier 1. Tiers 2, 3, and 4 are increasingly subsidized. This is made possible by our generous donors. Full Weekend Rates include all meals from dinner on Friday through lunch on Sunday.

Special Events:
We are expecting to have a FULL camp for the Alumni Reunion Weekend! Our staff will be placing campers in cabins (similar to when you were at camp). At this time we are not taking specific cabin requests. That said should you like to request the campers in your cabin please see below:
Individual Registration Information: If you are attending alone, you will be placed in a cabin with other single registrants based on the preferences you indicate during the registration process on the application form. Just like at camp, our staff team will make every effort to put together the best cabin assignments possible. The more information you share with us the better the cabin assignments are!
Group Registration Information: If you wish to attend with a group that fills a cabin (7+ people), please list all campers you request on the application during the registration process. Everyone in your group will need to register individually and everyone in the group will need to list each other as cabin mates during the registration process. If you wish to add an additional group-mate request after completing your registration, then please email sarah@takodahymca.org, so we can process the request for you.
Health Information Form
The State of NH requires us to collect basic health information on all campers so we can provide appropriate care to you in an emergency. You will submit your health information form when you register online.
Alcohol and Quiet Hours
The Alumni Reunion Weekend draws alumni with different needs and interests. Some are night owls while others are Early Birds. Some enjoy drinking with friends while others want and/or need alcohol-free spaces. As people who hold Friendly to All as a core value, you are expected to respect the needs and interests of others, consume alcohol in responsible ways in designated locations, and respect quiet hours in the cabin areas.
Meals
You will enjoy meals in the Dining Hall, as well as morning snacks and R&R appetizers. Every meal includes a variety of options including vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options. For the safety of all guests, Takodah maintains a nut-aware environment. During the registration process you can submit your dietary needs and/or preferences.
