Two-Week Camp (
2nd - 9th Grade for the 2026-2027 School Year)
One-Week Camp (
2nd - 6th Grade for the 2026-2027 School Year)
Our one-week camp is available to new campers trying out Takodah. There are limited spots available for this starter program. Give us a call to discuss whether one week or two weeks is right for your camper.
Four, Six, & Eight-Week Camp (
2nd - 9th Grade for the 2026-2027 School Year)For many returning campers, two weeks simply isn’t enough time at Takodah! Register for multiple sessions and spend more time at camp.

At YMCA Camp Takodah, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to experience the transformative power of camp, that is why we offer a voluntary tiered pricing system. This model allows us to offer multiple pricing options, ensuring that more families can fit the camp experience into their budget without compromising the quality of the program we provide. We encourage you to select the tier that best fits your family’s financial situation. Campership is the term we use to describe financial support at YMCA Camp Takodah and is made possible by donations to the Campership Fund. Regardless of the tier you choose, rest assured that every child at Camp Takodah receives the same enriching experience. - Tier 1: This tier reflects the cost of our camp program. Families who are able to pay this amount are encouraged to do so.
- Tier 2: This is a partially subsidized rate designed to ease some of the financial burden, making camp more manageable for families who need a bit of extra support.
- Tier 3: This is a more heavily subsidized rate available for families who may find the higher rates challenging.
- Tier 4: For families needing greater financial support than the above tiers, Tier 4 offers variable rates with additional aid. This tier also considers other variables such as cost of living, household size, and extenuating circumstances. Tiered Pricing FAQs
YMCA Camp Takodah Summer Camp Refund Policy
At YMCA Camp Takodah the registration deposit is not refundable after December 15, 2026. If you need to withdraw your child from the program, refunds will be given according to the following schedule:
- Before December 15: 100% total tuition including the deposit will be refunded
- Before March 1: 100% total tuition less the deposit will be refunded
- After March 1: 25% of total tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable
- After April 1: 50% of total tuition is non-refundable
- After May 1: 75% of total tuition is non-refundable
- After June 1: No refunds will be issued - no refunds or adjustments are made for campers who arrive late, depart early, no show, or are dismissed from the program
