Opportunities Day

Join us for a fun day of fellowship and service at Camp Takodah! As we begin to trade freezing temps for sunny days, it takes a lot of effort to prepare Takodah for summer. O-Day is our annual volunteer cleanup day at camp. Learn more.

Scholarship Fund

Sometimes families need just a little extra help to give their kids a life-changing experience. We’re committed to giving that help! Every year, we identify at least 141 children who are at risk of not being able to attend summer camp. 100% of your tax-deductible goes to those campers in need. Help us send a young person to camp.

Camp Improvement Fund

Help us keep camp looking great! Your support helps us reinvest in our beautiful (but aging!) property. A larger gift can fund a specific project from start to finish, while smaller gifts will go toward specific annual projects that need our focus. Some examples of current needs are fixing roofs, remodeling twins, and renovating the waterfront.

Endowment Fund

Make a gift to our endowment fund to leave a legacy while securing the future of the Takodah YMCA. A gift to the Horizon Fund can be applied to a variety of worthwhile Takodah causes — a portion of the investment income is used to benefit ongoing programs, while the principal remains intact.
