If you will be a Cabin Leader for at least one session this summer, please select your top two division choices. Buffaloes: Ages 7-11. Our youngest group, Buffaloes are high-energy and ready to have fun. Most of the campers are new to camp, and for many, it is their first time away from home. Crowninshields: Ages 11-13. This pre-teen group is a mix of both new and returning campers. Many are excited for new activities they weren't able to participate in previously, like riflery, windsurfing, and high ropes which are offered to campers who are at least 12 years old. Kingfishers: Ages 13-15. The oldest campers, most Kingfishers have been to Takodah before and are returning to see their friends. Many have grown up at camp and are looking for leaders with new and exciting ways of updating old camp traditions.

Campers sign-up for three 50-minute long class periods in the morning. Cabin Leaders will teach for two of these morning periods and have the other one as their off-period. Then, each afternoon, you'll be part of a program area team that provides Camper Choice activities (elective style free time). You'll need to select the Program Area(s) where you would like to teach your classes and your Camper Choice period.
