Enrollment Manager
Camp Takodah seeks a committed and engaged Enrollment Manager to partner with the Camping Services Director to support all phases of the enrollment process for our families and participants. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to guide families from inquiry to attendance. This customer-facing role requires a detail-oriented individual with a welcoming tone. Primary responsibilities include serving as the primary liaison between families and our programs; promoting the camp by communicating with prospective families and connecting them to the Camping Services Director as required; assisting families with financial aid applications; maintaining enrollment statistics and reports; data entry and management, including charges and billing; and provide leadership to seasonal employees in our summer camp office.
