Alumni Reunion Weekend

Rekindle your camp friendships and memories during this Alumni Reunion Weekend that will be reminiscent of the Centennial Celebration. After missing our 105th anniversary in 2021, we are beyond excited to bring our Takodah Family back together for our 106th anniversary in 2022.


Alumni Reunion Weekend

September 2-5, 2022 (Labor Day Weekend)

Takodah Alumni and their partners (ages 18+)

Full Weekend Rates (includes meals and lodging)

  • Individual Registration: $200 per person
  • Group Registration (5+ people): $175 per person

Day Rates (includes meals)

  • Friday: $10

Registration

COVID Safety Information

You will be required to complete one of the following options for participation in the Alumni Reunion Weekend:

  • Provide proof of a completed COVID Vaccination Card
  • Provide proof of a negative PCR test taken 72 hours before arrival

Registration Options

You are invited to attend in the following ways:

Full Weekend (including meals and lodging)

  • Single Registration (with or without cabin-mate requests)
  • Group Registration (minimum of 5 people in your group)

Single Registration Information: If you wish to attend alone, with a partner only, or with a group of fewer than 5 people, then please select the single registration option. You and your partner and/or cabin mates will be placed in a cabin with other single registrants based on the preferences you indicate during the registration process. You will be able to register yourself and one partner. If you wish to be in a cabin with someone else, then they will also need to register individually — and both of you will need to request each other as cabin mates during the registration process. If you wish to add an additional cabin-mate request after completing your registration, then please contact us so we can process the request for you.

Group Registration Information: If wish to attend with a group of at least five people, then you qualify for the discounted rate and your group will receive its own cabin. You will be able to register yourself and one partner. Everyone in your group will also need to register individually — and everyone in the group will need to list each other as group mates during the registration process. If you wish to add an additional group-mate request after completing your registration, then please contact us so we can process the request for you.

  • Single Registration

Payment Options

You will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit at the time of registration with a VISA or Mastercard:

  • Full Weekend Deposit: $50 per person
  • Day Rate Deposit: $10 per day per person

You may also opt to pay the total amount at the time of registration.

If you pay the full amount now, then you can refund the full amount except for the non-refundable deposit until August 2, 2022. No refunds will be available after August 2, 2022.

If you only pay the deposit now, then you will need to pay the balance no later than August 2, 2022.

If you register after August 2, 2022, then you will need to pay in full at that time.

Health Information Form

The State of NH requires us to collect basic health information on all participants so we can provide appropriate care to you in an emergency. You will submit your health information form when you register online.

Alcohol and Quiet Hours

The Alumni Reunion Weekend draws alumni with different needs and interests. Some are night owls while others are Early Birds. Some enjoy drinking with friends while others want and/or need alcohol-free spaces. As people who hold Friendly to All as a core value, you are expected to respect the needs and interests of others, consume alcohol in responsible ways in designated locations, and respect quiet hours in the cabin areas.


Event

Lodging

If you are staying the full weekend, then you will be assigned to one of our cabins. Groups of 5+ alumni can reserve their own cabin. Individual registrants may request cabin-mates, and they will be assigned to cabins with other individual registrants.

In addition to making cabin-mate requests, you will also be able to select the following:

  • Cabin Group Preference: Men, Women, or All Genders
  • Sleeping Habit Preference: Early Bird Cabin or Night Owl Cabin

We will not be able to accommodate requests for specific cabins because of the complex nature of cabin placements.

You will submit your cabin preferences when you register online.

Meals

You will enjoy meals in the Dining Hall, as well as morning snacks and R&R appetizers. Breakfasts and lunches will be buffet-style while dinners will be family-style. Every meal includes salads, sandwiches, soups, and cereals, along with non-restricted, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options. For the safety of all guests, Takodah maintains a nut-free environment.

You can submit your dietary needs and/or preferences when you register online.

Arrival: Friday (as early as 4:00 PM)

Departure: Monday (as late as 11:00 AM)

  • 7:30 – 9:30 AM: Breakfast Buffet
  • 9:15 AM: Flag Raising
  • 9:30 – 11:30 AM: Program Areas Open
  • 10:30 AM: Milk and Cookies
  • 11:30 – 1:30 PM: Lunch Buffet
  • 2:00 – 5:00 PM: Program Areas Open
  • 5:15 PM: Flag Lowering
  • 5:30 PM: Family-Style Dinner
  • 7:00 PM: Evening Program
  • 8:30 PM: R&R
  • 10:00 PM: Quiet Time in Cabin Areas
  • 12:00 AM: Dining Hall Closes and Cabin Curfew
