Every Tuesday at Camp Takodah is a day we like to call Super Tuesday.  This day we have extended Siesta, and an extended Free Time.  Free time is split into two halves, where all the leaders are running certain activities and each camper has to be at something.  Today we ran basket weaving, softball with the Maintenance Boys, and even the zip line.

Tonight’s evening program is Cabin Night.  We had another cabin night already this session, during the first week, and it’s a time when the girls get to hang out with their cabins and do a crazy activity usually unique to just their cabin.  Sometimes, however, cabin night is used for cabin-to-cabin challenges.  A few of the cabins decided to run a Block Party on A field and merged their activities into basically a free time for the girls.  One of the cabins even went down and built rafts to race, using barrels, tubes, and a lot of duct tape.
