Another beautiful day here at Camp Takodah, with the sun shining and not a cloud in the sky, and the campers are outside making the most of it. They are trying to do just about everything outside, creative writing classes, making juggling balls, and many other classes that would normally be inside. It’s a fantastic day to be down in the lake or just out in the fields working on skills to improve their games.

Tonight’s evening program is Takodah Trail, which is a spin-off of Oregon Trail, yet full of team building and problem solving games. The cabins got together with another cabin and roamed the trail, it spanned from the Penacook division, down to the waterfront, past the back of the dining hall, up to C field, and all the way back to A-field. The girls had everything the trail would have, from broken axles, to “hunting buffalo” that looked strangely like playing dodge ball against the LC. In the end, the team with the most points technically won, yet everyone had an awesome time.
